This special couple met at the beach and were having their 50th celebration at the beach as well. So I designed a simple seashell cake. The cake was vanilla with vanilla buttercream icing. All shells were molded candy, with letters from fondant. A finish of gold luster dust completed the look.

This special cake was for my parents. Absolutely stunning and delicious too. I just told Karen they met at the beach and we were going to the beach to celebrate and this is what she came up with - I was so amazed when she showed it to me. Great job Karen - thanks!
